Compressed-air Diagnostics, Analytics & Statistics Hub (C-DASH) is a python based web application for analyzing compressed-air CSV logs (current and pressure data). It handles multiple log files containing millions of data points, and supports interactive, dynamic zooming — letting users explore their data at its finest sampling resolution or across the full collection window.
Using the compressor’s specifications, C-DASH derives and plots inline power and flow trends, and dynamically calculates key performance indicators (duty factor, load factor, and specific efficiency) for any selected time region, helping quantify air compressor operation and support informed decision- making.
C-DASH is a lightweight, privacy-preserving tool that runs entirely on the user’s machine: no cloud, no vendor lock-in, and plant data never leaves the local computer. While it is purpose-built for industrial rotary-screw compressors, its data-plotting and interactive-visualization capabilities apply to current clamp data from virtually any industrial machine.
This tool is now available for use – all necessary files and a demonstration video are linked below.
