Process Cooling and HVAC

Chillers and cooling tower systems are necessary for keeping our products, equipment and staff cool throughout the year. HVAC units also account for a significant portion of energy used in facilities, especially in the United States. Applying best energy management practices and purchasing energy-efficient equipment can lead to significant savings in cooling systems.

Basic Learning Materials

If you are new to process cooling or are unsure of how efficient your system is, a great place to start is familiarizing yourself with the basics and checking if you have already implemented the most basic energy saving measures.

The Process Cooling Info Card contains a brief summary of the top energy saving measures you can implement in your plant.

The IAC 101 Efficiency in Industrial Cooling Video covers a more detailed explanation of process cooling systems.
